Mobile Operations Manager
Actaris is looking for a mobile operations manager within the healthcare sector.
Location: Remote (required to attend site set-ups and areas requiring on-site supervision)
Working Hours: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:30
Salary: £50,000 + Commission
Commission: Up to £20,000/year, paid as a quarterly bonus. £2,500 per contract (minimum duration 3 months) x Fleet utilisation. Example: If a 3-month contract for a Mobile CT is signed with fleet utilisation at 90%, the contribution to the quarterly bonus is £2,250.
As the Mobile Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, coordination, and management of our client’s mobile imaging services. This includes overseeing site setups, ensuring operational efficiency, contributing to business development through tender submissions and customer liaison, and ensuring adherence to contractual KPIs and industry regulations.
Manage and coordinate site setups and on-site operations.
Ensure adherence to operational protocols and standards.
Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate smooth system installations.
Act as the line manager for regional site leads and be involved in their recruitment, appraisals, and overall management.
Be the senior line manager for all mobile radiographers, contributing to their recruitment, management, and development.
Attend areas where temporary on-site supervision is required.
Conduct regular visits to sites to ensure operational excellence and address any issues.
Contribute to tender submissions and business development strategies.
Attend networking events to find new customers and promote our client’s equipment and services.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Attend service review meetings via Teams and in person.
Performance Metrics and Compliance:
Monitor fleet utilisation and contribute to achieving quarterly bonus targets.
Ensure adherence to contractual KPIs and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or mobile services sector.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of imaging services and equipment is advantageous.
